- About Delivery -
Our dresses are made to order and the majority of them are handmade. We hold limited quantities of each dress in our warehouse in order to stay up to date with the newest styles.
We aim to deliver all online orders within 2-4 weeks depending on dress availability. Some dresses are shipped faster than others; please contact our customer service team if you have concerns about the turnaround time prior to placing an order.
All dresses are listed for sale in good faith, but it is possible that a supplier may notify us that a dress is currently unavailable or no longer available. In the rare event this occurs, our online customer service team will contact you to let you know and provide a full refund for your order.
Domestic Shipping & Handling
Australia & New Zealand: $25
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us with your consignment number and a link to the website where you can track your order.
Our courier will endeavour to fulfil special delivery instructions, however in the event they cannot and no one is home to accept the goods, a card will be left in the mailbox detailing next steps of collection/redelivery.
Our courier does NOT accept PO box addresses. Please contact our customer service team if you require to a PO box delivery.
To ensure you receive your parcel on time, we recommend you select a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for it from 9am to 5pm. If delivering to a business address, please include the business name. If no one is available to sign for the parcel at your specified delivery address, the courier will leave a card detailing redelivery information.
